The construction of two screw retained implant bridges of 12 units on the maxilla and 12 units on the mandible was selected. Furthermore, we used 4 titanium abutments by Dynamic Abutment Solution, 2 in the maxillary anterior implants and 2 in the mandibular anterior implants which enabled us to change the screw axes between 19° and 24°.
